We started VOWLY because we believed wedding photography deserved to grow up a bit. Too many couples were receiving gorgeous but lifeless images — technically perfect, emotionally empty. We wanted to change that. Documentary filmmaking and photojournalism are our roots, and those principles shape every shoot we take on.
Our team works across the South Island and is just as comfortable navigating an alpine heli-wedding as we are documenting the quiet morning light in a Wanaka cottage. Whatever your day looks like, we’ll be ready for it.
